[8] The AppIECs and Accredited Investors (AccIs) go through the APs to activate their accounts. Active accounts have the active ALs.

[14] The price quoted is for the package called DACS™ StealthPitch™ Local Micro Technology Developer Package (LM TDP | 1101) using the version of the Service called Digital Private Delivery Service (DPDS). Discounts have not been applied to the price shown. Discounts are available for single and bulk licenses.

[18] You may apply to buy. Subject to availability and passing the Order Process (OP). Only for the Persons or Companies (PerComs) that are the AppIECs or Accredited Investors (AccIs).
[19] Please consult financial, legal, tax or accounting advice or services (Filetaacadse) regarding your eligibility and suitability to use the Service, if necessary.
[20] The primary language of the Site and Service is English. This means that the Site, Service and Rules are presented in the English language.
[21] The partial functionality refers to the ability of the AppIECs to create the Submissions in certain local languages, if they choose to do so. In turn, the AccIs can then view the Submissions in these local languages. The supplementary languages are the languages that have this partial functionality currently available for the Service. In addition to the partial functionality of the Service, the Site also has some local language summaries.
[22] The special letters in some of the languages used on the Site or Service, such as the accented letters, may not necessarily be saved, written and/or shown correctly depending on the System, printers, relay systems, writers and/or device settings.
[23] The use of the Service requires a sufficient understading of the English language, as determined by the SPs in their sole discretion.
[24] The SPs may test your language skills or ask you to provide more information regarding your language skills. If you fail this test and/or are unable to provide the requested information, then you will not be allowed to use the Service, until you pass the test and/or are able to provide such information.
[25] If you do not have a sufficient understanding of the English language, you are not allowed to use the Service. By using the Service you warrant and represent that you have a sufficient understanding of English to understand the Rules and be able to use the Service.
[26] There are two exceptions to the requirement of being proficient in English to use the Site or Service. If you use your right to withhold or revoke consent at any time before, during and/or after your use of the Site as per the Site Right to Withhold and/or Revoke Consent (SiRtWaoRC), then you are not subject to the Rules of the Site. You can also use your right to withhold consent prior to your use of the Service as per the Service Right to Withhold Consent (SeRtWC) and you will not subject to the Rules of the Service. If you use the Service as a Private Membership Association User (PMAU), then you are not subject to the Rules of the Service.
[27] The numbers mentioned with the Countries or Territories refer to the number of countries or jurisdictions where the Service is available.
[28] The stated availability of the Service in a certain country or jurisdiction does not necessarily mean that the SPs are actively engaging in business activities or operating in that country or jurisdiction or that the SPs have done so in the past.
[29] The numbers mentioned with the cities refer to the number of cities where the Service is available.
[30] The stated availability of the Service in a certain city, area or location does not necessarily mean that the SPs are actively engaging in business activities or operating in that city, area or location; or that the SPs have done so in the past.
[31] In addition to the named cities, the Service is available in all land and sea areas except those land and sea areas that are located within the borders or boundaries of countries or jurisdictions where the Service is not available. If a specific country or jurisdiction is not listed on the Countries or Territories list, then it is designated as an unlisted jurisdiction.
[32] This is a simplified description of how the Service works. You can find more details by carefully studying the information presented on the Site. There are multiple versions of the Service that change the functionality and overall experience dramatically. This description only follows the default version of the Service.
[33] To gain access to the System the OP must be successfully completed, as determined by the SPs in their sole discretion.
[34] The Submissions are not allowed to go live within the System before the AP is successfully completed, as determined by the SPs in their sole discretion.
[35] The Registered Users (RegUs) are able to control and make custom limitations to their material within the System. For the AppIECs this means controlling the content of the Submissions and limiting visibility. For the AccIs this means saving time and effort.
[36] The Contact Details (CoDes) are not allowed to contain any real names, registered physical addresses or registered phone numbers etc. that would make the AppIECs identifiable prior to using the 3PCTs.
[37] All interactions between counterparts or different parties only occur via the 3PCTs. The Service is independent of the 3PCTs.
[38] The ability to receive invitations requires that the accounts are active within the System, the AccIs with the appropriate ALs exist within the System and the AccIs are interested in contacting the AppIECs.
[39] The ability to send invitations requires that the accounts are active within the System and the AppIECs with the appropriate ALs exist within the System.
[40] The Secrets™ policy means that we will never ask you to reveal any of your secrets before, during and/or after your use of the Service.
[41] The numbers provided represent the maximum number of choices available but these choices are not available to all the AppIECs. However, a wildcard or other selection is always available.
[42] The Service has multiple versions that change the type of the Submissions that are used. Some of the Submissions have fewer data points and require more abstractions. However, all types of Submissions are still customizable according to the specifications or requirements of the AppIECs as long as they comply with the requirements set out for the Submissions.
[43] The RegUs are able to control and make custom limitations to their material within the System. For AppIECs this means controlling the content of the Submissions and limiting visibility.
[44] The Secrets™ policy means that we will never ask you to reveal any of your secrets before, during and/or after your use of the Service.
[45] The Stealth by Design™ technology was used in the concept stage of StealthPitch™ prior to and independent of the development of the Service. The Service is not built on top of this technology nor does the Service consist of or contain the technology or any of its parts.
[46] This policy is manifested in the design of the Site and Service. It also influences the way that our sales support operates.
[47] The SPs reserve the right to determine what constitutes a proper sales check in their sole discretion.
[48] Do not use the Service if you are unsure. Please consult Filetaacadse regarding your eligibility and suitability to use the Service, if necessary.
[49] Brand partnerships do not consitute an endorsement or recommendation of other brands. We will never sell or share data with brand partners.

[55] It is possible for the Alternative Users (AltUs) to pay using the Alternative Payment Methods (AltPMs). The AltPMs are tangibles (e.g., cash, gold, equipment, machinery or land) and/or intangibles (e.g., cryptos [Bitcoin, Monero etc.], software or IP).
[56] Please contact us about any questions or issues that you may have prior to applying to buy. Do not order the Service if you are unsure!
[57] Discounts are available for single and bulk licenses.
[58] Trade discounts (Tradis) are available from the Organization Level Service Presenters (OLSPs), Offline Service Presenters (OffSePres), Online Service Presenters (OnSePres), Social Media Affiliates (SMAs), Duplicate Social Media Affiliates (DSMAs), Site Reference Affiliates (SRAs), Duplicate Site Affiliates (DSAs) and/or SPs.
[59] All Tradis and Special Case Discounts (SCDs) come with discount codes that have two parts. The first part is a series of letters, numbers and/or dashes. The content of the second part is a secret that will only be made available or self-evident to the PerComs that access the Tradis through valid sources. The Tradis and SCDs that are accessed or acquired through invalid sources or irregular means are not valid and may not be honored by the SPs. Please enter the first part of the code with your order. In addition, we may ask you for the second part of the code to make sure that you have received the code from a valid source.
[60] Student discounts (Studis) are available to all students except those students who are under the age of 18 years. Homeschooling, online courses and/or self-study qualify you to be a student. If you have been homeschooled for more than 5 years you get an additional 5% discount. The Studis are available to you if you are able to provide sufficient evidence of your current status as a student at any time before and during your use of the Service, if requested by the SPs.
[61] See the FAQ section for more details on how to obtain the SCDs. If you have a discount code for the Tradis, SCD or you believe that you qualify for the Studis, then please proceed forward to the Pricing section. The SPs have the right to deny or reject discounts for any applicants in their sole discretion.
[62] This does not constitute a recommendation for any specific entity to use the Service or this particular package even if their general type is listed. The list is not complete and other entities may be able to use the package as well. Please consult Filetaacadse regarding your eligibility and suitability to use the Service, if necessary.

[70] The ability to send invitations requires that the accounts are active within the System and the AppIECs with the appropriate ALs exist within the System.
[71] The Secrets™ policy means that we will never ask you to reveal any of your secrets before, during and/or after your use of the Service.
[72] All licenses are linked to individuals or natural persons that act on their own behalf or as company representatives by being liaisons between their companies and the Service.
[73] Company representatives cannot grant or transfer access to the Service or disclose information or material originating from the Service to any other parties. Company representatives must act independently when using the Service and they are bound to secrecy by the Service Non-Disclosure Agreement (SeNDA).
[74] When company representatives engage in the Private Contact (PriCon) with their counterparts, their companies may then engage in the PriCon independent of the use of the Service, if agreed by the company representatives and their counterparts.
[75] Local RegUs must be approved or accredited within their country of residence. The payment must originate from a bank account registered in that country of residence. The country of residence must be the same as the country of sale as well as the country indicated on the billing address.
[76] World RegUs do not have to be approved or accredited within their country of residence, if they only select other countries as the CCs. If their country of residence is included in the CCs, then they must be approved or accredited in that country as well. World RegUs must be approved or accredited in all countries or jurisdictions that they select as the CCs.
[77] All RegUs must provide sufficient evidence of their eligibility for an approved or accredited status in any and all countries or jurisdictions that they operate in or intend to operate in; in terms of using the Service for or within those countries or jurisdictions, at all times during their use of the Service, if requested by the SPs.
[78] The PerComs that are US residents or residents of the territories of the United States are not allowed to have multiple CCs. The PerComs that are residents of the Russian Federation, Japan, China, Hong Kong or Macao are not allowed to have multiple CCs. This means that these PerComs are not allowed to purchase the world licenses. Please consult Filetaacadse regarding your residence status, if necessary.
[79] The duration starts from the time that the RegUs have their accounts created within the System by the SPs. We add a generous extra period of two (2) weeks for free to the account to compensate for any delays in the APs, and any other delays that may be experienced as a result of the actions of the SPs and/or RegUs. The RegUs are given no extra time beyond this two (2) weeks as a result of their account being in a state other than active for any purposes whatsoever.
[80] Extra time extensions may be given to you, under special circumstances, as determined by the SPs in their sole discretion. Please contact us by using the Internal Customer Support Tool (ICST), if applicable, if you have any questions regarding your remaining Service duration.
[81] If you have any questions about the Service, then please contact us before applying to buy.
[82] When you apply to buy you enter the OP. If you pass the OP you are able to use the Service and access the System but you now need to activate your account using the AP. If you pass the AP you are able to use of the Service and System in a meaningful way. After passing the AP, if you make any changes to your account, you will be required to pass the AP again.
[83] We are not required to do so but we may provide you with free time extensions in special circumstances, as determined by the SPs in their sole discretion. Please contact us by using the ICST, if applicable, if you have any questions regarding time extensions.
[84] The numeric code is the number associated with the package. It is provided within the name of all packages and also the buttons that lead to the apply to buy page. To preserve your privacy you are linked to a generic apply to buy page.
[85] All the buttons direct to a generic apply to buy page so you have to remember all the details you such as the Service version and the package name or numberic code. The Digital Private Delivery Service (DPDS) is the default form of the Service.
[86] Go Dark™ must be ordered through Go Dark™. Go Dark™ comes with Special Service™ and Simplified Service™. Go Dark™ only supports the Test Users (TesUs) and AltUs. Go Dark™ uses the AltPMs.

[89] The entity that operates this website (the "Site Operator" or "SO") and/or the SPs will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of incorrect addresses in the private messenger Session obtained from the Site. This includes addresses that may be compromised due to hacking or unauthorized access by hostile actors.
[90] The PerComs are advised to verify the address independently and to exercise caution when obtaining information from different sources, because websites may impersonate the Site, provide false information or have forged archives.
[91] The PerComs are also advised to be especially careful whenever they detect any changes within the Site or to the address. It is a good practice for the PerComs to keep personal logs of any changes to the address in their offline archive, if they intend to use the Service at any point in the future.
[92] Alternatively, the PerComs can contact the SPs, as soon as they discover the Service, to establish pre-existing direct connections to the SPs.
[93] Never send us unsolicited personal details or attachments. The Secrets™ policy means that we will never ask you to reveal any of your secrets before, during and/or after your use of the Service.

[112] The Site is operated by the SO, DV PR INT'L SERVICES A GA (DPISAG) d/b/a STEALTH, under license from SAC L.I. (SL).
[113] The SO is contractually obligated to allow certain third parties to perform specific tasks relating to the domains, hosting, management and/or security. Additionally, the SO may contract and/or otherwise agree to use the products and/or services of third parties to operate or facilitate the Site or any of its parts.

Having used or while using the Site in another jurisdiction the PerComs cannot physically enter any of the member states or countries of the EU or EEA and continue this use within any of these member states or countries.
The Approved Inventors, Entrepreneurs or Companies (AppIECs)
[118] Only the Approved Inventors, Entrepreneurs or Companies (AppIECs) and Accredited Investors (AccIs) are allowed to use the Service.
[119] The SPs are not responsible for any loss, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any cost, expense, damages or claim that directly or indirectly results from the use of the Service, including in the case of investment losses or intellectual property thefts.
[120] Non-investors' use of the Service is subject to meeting the requirements set out for the AppIECs, individuals of good standing, entrepreneurs and/or any other similar country-specific designations for all the Chosen Countries (CCs).
The Accredited Investors (AccIs)
[121] Only the AppIECs and AccIs are allowed to use the Service.
[122] The SPs are not responsible for any loss, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any cost, expense, damages or claim that directly or indirectly results from the use of the Service, including in the case of investment losses or intellectual property thefts.
[123] Investing in early stage companies involves significant risk and you may lose all of your money or invested assets. No investments should be made by the unqualified PerComs.
[124] Investors' use of the Service is subject to meeting the requirements set out for the AccIs, sophisticated investors, professional investors and/or any other similar country-specific designations for all the CCs.
[125] The SPs are not banks, investment management companies, investment advisors, crowdfunding services, lending services, marketplaces and/or any other entities that would be required to register under the financial services regulations that are in place in their respective jurisdictions.

The Service Providers (SPs) do not...

[133] Special conditions apply to residents of the United States of America (USA). The PerComs that are residents of the USA are not allowed to use the Service for any other countries or jurisdictions.
[134] The PerComs should not try to register for any of the world packages, as their applications will be rejected. If you suspect that you might be currently considered a resident of the USA by any of the relevant US authorities, you are only allowed to use the Service for your country of residence. This applies to all US States and the District of Columbia. Similarly, residents of the territories of the United States, including but not limited to: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, U.S., may only use the Service for their respective countries of residence, countries of incorporation or jurisdictions.

Unlisted Jurisdictions
[150] The Site is not intended for the PerComs that reside or are incorporated in any of the jurisdictions that are not listed on the Countries or Territories.
Changes in Residence Status
[151] The PerComs that are planning to establish or are in the process of establishing residence in another country or jurisdiction may request to use the Service in their intended country of residence, provided that they are able to do so and present evidence of their intent and/or actions taken, if requested, as determined sufficient by the SP in its sole discretion.
[152] This change is not available to US residents or residents of the territories of the United States. Similarly, this change is not available to residents of the Russian Federation, Israel, China, Hong Kong or Macao.
[153] You must notify us of any changes to your residence status during or after the Activation Process (AP) and for as long as you use the Service.
[154] If your situation changes while using the Service and you are no longer able to use the Service for some of the CCs that you were previously able to utilize, then cease the use of the Service immediately and notify the SP so that the SP may review your new account information and assign the appropriate changes or limitations to your account.
Citizens of the United States of America (USA), Russian Federation, Israel, Japan or China
[155] Special conditions apply to citizens of the USA, Russian Federation, Israel, Japan or China.
[156] If you are a citizen of the USA, Russian Federation, Israel, Japan or China you must notify us concerning your citizenship(s) during your purchase of a license, but before you make or initiate the payment. Also, at this time, you must tell us if your country of residence is different than the countries for which you have citizenships.
[157] If you receive a citizenship from the USA, Russian Federation, Israel, Japan or China during your use of the Service you must stop your use of the Service and notify us immediately.
Citizens of Turkey
[158] If you are a citizen of Turkey you must notify us concerning your citizenship(s) during your purchase of a license, but before you make or initiate the payment.
Citizens of the Ukraine
[159] If you are a citizen of the Ukraine you must notify us concerning your citizenship(s) during your purchase of a license, but before you make or initiate the payment.
Citizens of the Netherlands
[160] If you are a citizen of the Netherlands you must notify us concerning your citizenship(s) during your purchase of a license, but before you make or initiate the payment.
Different Editions
[161] The Service is divided into six different editions: international, US, Russia, Israel, Japan and China edition.
[162] The international edition contains different countries or jurisdictions that are not included in other editions. The international edition is the only edition that has the option for both the local and world packages, as all other editions only have the local packages.
[163] The US edition includes the USA and the territories of the United States. The Russia edition includes the Russian Federation. The Israel edition includes Israel. The Japan edition includes Japan. The China edition includes China, Hong Kong and Macao. All editions are separated from each other.
The Site is in English
[164] The Site is provided in the English language. Any differences that may arise from the translations of the SiD, SiToU, SiPP, SiRtWaoRC or any other documents that are part of the Rules; or any materials or communication provided by the SPs in languages other than English are disregarded in favor of the English language versions and the English language versions will remain in full force.
Products and/or Services Provided Through or in Association with the Site
[165] Products and/or services provided through or in association with the Site may not be available to residents or citizens of certain countries or jurisdictions. Products and/or services provided through or in association with the Site may not be available to the PerComs that do not meet certain criteria.
Right to Deny or Delay Service
[166] The SPs have the right to deny service or delay the commencement of service for any applicants or PerComs, as determined by the SPs in their sole discretion.
[167] Applicants or the PerComs that are considered individuals or non-companies by the EU legislation and who also reside within a member state of the EU are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
[168] If you are such an individual or non-company resident within the EU and wish to use the Service, you can try to purchase the Service using the pricing page, and SPs will let you know, prior to requesting a payment from you, if you will be accepted to proceed, rejected straight away or if we will put you on a waiting list to use the Service.
Right to Cease or Withhold
[169] The SPs may elect to cease or withhold from engaging in business activities or operating in any country or jurisdiction, as determined by the SPs in their sole discretion.
The Test Users (TesUs) and Alternative Users (AltUs)
[170] The TesUs are served by the alternating SPs and get free licenses. The TesUs do not pay for licenses but are subject to the Rules of the Service.
[171] The AltUs are served by the specialist SPs. The AltUs are able to pay with the AltPMs that are tangibles (e.g., cash, gold, equipment, machinery or land) and/or intangibles (e.g., cryptos [Bitcoin, Monero etc.], software or IP).

[173] Furthermore, the SPs have these types of discounts for other orders: Tradis, Studis, senior discounts (Sendis), veteran discounts (Vetdis) and the SCDs.
