Order Process (OP)
Please follow the instructions carefully to initiate the Order Process (OP). There are special methods for certain institutional investors and some European inventors. We do not use email.
LICENSES: To apply to buy a license to use the Service, please follow these instructions carefully to start the OP. You may contact us by using the private messenger Session. Please download it and send us an order message in the exact manner that is described below.
INVESTORS AND INVENTORS: If you are an institutional investor please apply to buy through SUI™. SUI™ is our premium customer support service for institutional investors. Inventors from the FAEG region may contact us by using our premium customer support service 8002™. You can contact us using these premium services by sending us a simple free-form message.
NO EMAIL: Note that we do not use email, since it is unsecured and the few supposedly secure versions are likely CIAhs similar to many other internet based services. Check out The Stealth Manifesto (SteM) on how to keep you safe.

Download the private messenger Session for your device. We provide discounts for people with secure devices. Please adjust your device settings.
SESSION: Get the private messenger Session for your device by searching for "session" or visiting the official website at "getsession dot org". Session works on Linux, Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android, APK and F-Droid.
DISCOUNTS FOR SECURE DEVICES: Use the most secure or least used device that you have available. If you dedicate a device running on Linux to use the Service, we will give you a 5% discount when ordering a package. Furthermore, we will give you an extra 5% discount if you manage to convince us that this dedicated device is very secure. However, if we deem you to have a low-security device or lack the expertise to secure your device we may refuse to sell to you or limit the selection of packages that you may purchase.
ADJUST YOUR SETTINGS: When setting up Session, please disable notifications on your device for Session by going to the Session settings. Also, disable custom keyboards, auto-correct functionality, AI monitoring, file storage access for Session and the OS level screen access (screenshots and screen sharing) from the OS settings, if possible. Delete or replace the clipboard content right after use. While using the same device, use different browsers for different activities or use cases. Change the settings of the browsers based on the security levels required for each one. Note that browsers, by default, allow others to spy on you.
One-Time Code (OTC)
Please create your one-time code (OTC) to use at the start of your order message. It consists of the contact reference (CR) and emergency reference (ER) parts.
FIRST PART: When creating your order message, please make sure to start it with an alphanumeric code that is eight characters long. Alphanumeric means numbers, letters and/or other symbols. Note that you do not need to create a new OTC for your order if you already have one.
STRUCTURE: The first half of your code (characters: one to four), CR, will be used when we contact you from a different address, as we will never reply from the original contact address. The second half of the code (characters: five to eight), ER, will be used in the case of an emergency contact by either party to provide evidence regarding their identity.
END-TO-END: Note that the random alphanumeric characters at the start and end of both of our messages make it more difficult to compromise our messaging cryptographically.
Order Message
Please create your order message by carefully following the instructions provided. Also, use the opportunity to ask questions.
SERVICE PROVIDER: When you apply to buy from us, your order message is viewed by the Service Coordinator (SC) that will redirect your order message to the appropriate Service Provider (SP). If you have already established contact with us, you can just apply to buy through that contact.
FIRST CONTACT: If this is the first time that you are contacting us, then your order message should include your order code (OC). It starts with your OTC and continues with your order reference (OR).
ORDER: The OR contains four elements in the following order. First, add a four-letter code mentioning the version of the Service, such as "DPDS" for Digital Private Delivery Service (default), "DARK" for Go Dark™ or "GOCD" for Go Dark™ CLEAR DARK. Second, use a four-digit numeric code associated with the package that you are applying to buy. Third, use a three-character discount code (full form, abbreviation or the first three characters), three-letter discount category indicator, e.g., "STU" for student discount (Studi) ("---", "000" or "NON" for none), or other key information. Fourth, add a final digit to signify the quantity of the order from 1 to 9 with 0 denoting more than 9 or alternatively another alphanumeric code with a special significance.
ASK QUESTIONS: You do not have to write anything else to your order message, but you can take the opportunity to ask questions etc. Do not include any personal details in your first order message to us, so no names etc. End your first order message with a random ending, e.g., random letters and numbers.
APPLY TO BUY: Subject to availability and passing the OP. Only for the Persons or Companies (PerComs) that are the Approved Inventors, Entrepreneurs or Companies (AppIECs) or Accredited Investors (AccIs). Please consult financial, legal, tax or accounting advice or services (Filetaacadse) regarding your eligibility and suitability to use the Service, if necessary.18
