How It Works
The Approved Inventors, Entrepreneurs or Companies (AppIECs) create the Submissions. The Submissions contain information in highly limited form with abstracted data points. The Accredited Investors (AccIs) receive the Submissions that also contain the Contact Details (CoDes).8
DEVELOPERS: In most cases, the AppIECs start by signing the Service Non-Disclosure Agreements (SeNDAs). The AppIECs that are consumers have to wait for the duration of the mandatory reconsideration period. The Service Providers (SPs) contact the AppIECs digitally or physically regarding the Submissions. The AppIECs create the Submissions.8
The Submissions contain information in highly limited form with abstracted data points. The versions of the Service, packages, types and other settings chosen by the AppIECs change the amount and depth of data points as well as the level of abstraction that is used when creating the Submissions.8
The AppIECs enter the CoDes that contain the information required to access the AppIECs via the Third-Party Communication Tools (3PCTs). The AppIECs are then able to receive invitations, via the 3PCTs, from the AccIs regarding the establishment of the Private Contact (PriCon). Read more about how the Service works here.8
INVESTORS: In most cases, the AccIs start by signing the SeNDAs. The AccIs receive or access digital or physical bundles of the Submissions.8
The Submissions contain information in highly limited form with abstracted data points. The AccIs are able to view the CoDes that contain the information required to access the AppIECs via the 3PCTs. The AccIs are then able to send invitations, via the 3PCTs, to the AppIECs regarding the establishment of the PriCon. Read more about how the Service works here.8
Features
The AppIECs select from nine packages, 340 types, 64 sectors, 23 technologies and 229 Countries or Territories. The AccIs access the stealth mode and save time by limiting their focus.9
18 PACKAGES: There are nine packages available to the AppIECs that focus on company developers and technology developers as well as variations like micro and local etc. The packages come with the Access Levels (ALs) that fit the purposes of the packages. The AccIs have nine packages available to them.9
340 TYPES: The AppIECs select from 340 types, including: concept, idea, prototype, invention, pattern, structure, process, model, algorithm, system, development, technology link, technology, product, service, project, non-profit project, startup, company, skunkworks, designated stealth entity (Desten), scientific research and R&D etc.9
Many types provide greater level of detail. Some types are not available for certain packages. A wildcard or other selection is available. Also, the needs of serial inventors (Seins [pron.: seins]) are considered.9
64 SECTORS: The AppIECs select from 64 sectors, including: renewable energy, manufacturing, materials, industrials, consumer products, IT, hardware, financial, healthcare and scientific research etc. A wildcard or other selection is available.9
23 TECHNOLOGIES: The AppIECs select from 23 technologies, including: biotechnology, nanotechnology, electronics, IT, AI, robotics, medical technology, applied neuroscience and space etc. A wildcard or other selection is available.9
STEALTH MODE: The AccIs access the stealth mode. The AccIs receive the Submissions from the AppIECs. The AccIs select their focus and spend time viewing only the Submissions from selected types, sectors or technologies etc.9
Security
The AppIECs are in subtle control of the Submissions and visibility within the System (a.k.a. Sisteema [pron.: sis-tee-ma]). Choose from the ALs and different versions of the Service. Secret use of the Service is enforced by the Service Terms of Use (SeToU), Service Non-Disclosure Agreements (SeNDAs) and/or other means. The Submissions are highly limited in their content with form requirements and abstractions.
VISIBILITY: The AppIECs can change the settings and control the visibility of the Submissions even on a miniscule level within the System. The AppIECs may limit the visibility on the basis of the ALs, local, world, micro, interface, digital, physical, delivery, access, Go Dark
™, Special Service™ and/or Simplified Service™ etc.
VERSIONS: Digital Private Delivery Service (DPDS) is the default version of the Service, but the Service is also available as Digital Private Access Service (DPAS), Physical Private Delivery Service (PPDS) or Physical Private Access Service (PPAS) for extra price. Special Service™, Simplified Service™ and Go Dark
™ are special versions of the Service.
The versions have huge differences in terms of privacy, security, features and pricing. Depending on the version of the Service, features may be removed, added, enhanced, altered, replaced or exchanged.
The packages come with different ALs for both the AppIECs and AccIs. This determines the Submissions that the AppIECs can create and the Submissions that the AccIs can view.
SECRET USE: We do not allow the Registered Users (RegUs) to make public or disclose their use of the Service. The SeToU, SeNDA and/or other means help to enforce this.
Secrets™
The Secrets™ policy means that we will never ask you to reveal any of your secrets before, during and/or after your use of the Service.
POLICY: The Secrets™ policy means that we will never ask you to reveal any of your secrets before, during and/or after your use of the Service. The System is carefully designed not to need your secrets as inputs.
CAREFREE USE: If the Service is captured or someone compromises your personal access to it, you do not need to worry, since the System does not have your secrets and we will never ask you to provide them to us. Therefore, if someone asks you for your secrets, then this is an easy way to spot an impostor.
Operational Security (OPSEC)
Learn about operational security (OPSEC) before using the Service. You should shield your identity and have dedicated offline devices. Know that all bank and credit card transactions are fully tracked. Minimize your footprint.
HOSTILE ACTORS: Since the potential hostile actors will not get to know your secrets from us (because of the Secrets™ policy), the only thing for you to guard is your privacy and security, in general.
The easiest way to start doing this is to shield your identity and have dedicated offline devices. Please see The Stealth Manifesto (SteM) for tips on how to improve your privacy and security.
TRACKED TRANSACTIONS: You should know that all bank and credit card transactions are fully tracked and the information is often available to even private individuals, for a price.
Hostile actors that are either state or corporate actors (engaging in industrial espionage), can easily track you through your transactions. So, interacting with us or anyone else with the least possible footprint is ideal for your own protection, especially if you are an inventor or in charge of a complex technological project or operation etc.
Special Versions
The Service is available as special versions called Go Dark
™ and Go Dark
™ CLEAR DARK
etc. The Test Users (TesUs) and Private Membership Association Users (PMAUs) are also able to use the Service.
EXTREME VERSIONS: The Service is available as a special version called Go Dark
™ that provides the highest level of privacy for any digital service in the history of mankind. Go Dark
™ supports the Alternative Users (AltUs), that use the Alternative Payment Methods (AltPMs). The AltPMs are tangibles (e.g., cash, gold, equipment, machinery or land) and/or intangibles (e.g., cryptos [Bitcoin, Monero etc.], software or IP).
For even greater privacy and security needs, we have a version called Go Dark
™ CLEAR DARK
, which has the lowest amount of data points, extremely limited content with form requirements, greater abstractions, custom interfaces and flexible workflows. Go Dark
™ CLEAR DARK
does not use or rely on the SeNDAs.
THE ULTIMATE: The Service is also available to the TesUs and PMAUs. The TesUs are not required to make a payment at all.
The PMAUs are not subject to the Rules of the Service. The rules of the private membership association (PMA) and the contractual obligations of the PMAUs set limits to the PMAUs and their use of the Service through the Special Access Points (SAPs).
