[1] We provide the Service Right to Withhold Consent (SeRtWC) document for your benefit. It provides you the right to fully withhold your consent to the Rules of the Service, prior to your use of the Service, agreeing to any part of the Rules of the Service or making a payment. No revocation of consent is allowed.
Right to Withhold Consent
[2] We affirm the God-given right of all man to withhold their consent to anything in the dominion of satan that is the world.
[3] If you disagree with the Service Disclaimer (SeD), Service Terms of Use (SeToU), Service Privacy Policy (SePP), Service Non-Disclosure Agreement (SeNDA), Service Refund Policy (SeRP) and/or any other part of the Rules of the Service or for any other reason or purpose, you may fully withhold your consent to the Rules of the Service. This withholding of consent must extend to or include the totality of the Rules of the Service.
[4] You may fully withhold your consent by notifying us in written form, prior to your use of the Service, agreeing to any part of the Rules of the Service or making a payment. If you do so you may begin to use the Service with extreme limitations.
[5] If you exercise your right to withhold consent, then the Service Providers (SPs) will only be able to provide you with either Simplified Service™ CLEAR or Go Dark™ CLEAR DARK versions of the Service and you will not be bound by any of the Rules of the Service.
[6] No revocation of consent is allowed and you are bound by your previous agreement to the Rules of the Service, such as the SeNDA.

[8] We may update the SeRtWC from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting a new version of the SeRtWC on this page. You are advised to review the SeRtWC periodically for any changes or any time you use the Service.
[9] Any changes made to the SeRtWC are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. The SeRtWC was last updated on July 1, 2025.
