Service Non-Disclosure Agreement (SeNDA)

[1] The Service Non-Disclosure Agreement (SeNDA) is signed before using most versions of the Service. The SeNDAs are customized based on the account types, settings, geographical locations, local jurisdictions and their limitations etc.

[2] The use of the Service is subject to agreeing to the SeNDA in most cases. The actual customized document is provided as a part of the OP.

[3] Simplified Service CLEAR, Go Dark CLEAR DARK and some other versions of the Service do not require signing the SeNDA.

[4] In general, the agreement prohibits disclosing the use of the Service, trade secrets relating to the Service and the content discovered by using the Service.

[5] The Registered Users (RegUs) are encouraged to sign additional NDAs that do not concern the Service but relate to activities that occur between the Approved Inventor, Entrepreneur or Companies (AppIECs) and Accredited Investors (AccIs) after their use of the Service.

[6] Please contact us if you have any questions or issues relating to the Rules of the Service or the SeNDA document. Do not send us any unsolicited personal details or attachments.

[7] The Secrets policy means that we will never ask you to reveal any of your secrets before, during and/or after your use of the Service.

[8] We may update this notice of the SeNDA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting a new version of this notice of the SeNDA on this page. You are advised to review this notice of the SeNDA periodically for any changes or any time you use the Service.

[9] Any changes made to this notice of the SeNDA are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. This notice of the SeNDA was last updated on July 1, 2025.
