Introduction
[1] The Service Providers (SPs) provide refunds that are not meaningful compared to the total price. Do not buy if you are unsure.
[2] The SPs provide refunds that are not meaningful compared to the total price. The Service Refund Policy (SeRP) is designed in this way to allow the SPs to limit the amount of abuse, fraud and/or attacks directed towards the Service.
[3] The SPs require consumers in certain jurisdictions to go through the two week waiting period (Twewape) [pron.: tvee-vap] before starting to use the Service. After the Twewape is over, they are able to make their payment and start using the Service. However, if they have changed their minds they can simply not make the payment and forget about it.
[4] If your account requires the Twewape we will let you know before you make your payment. The Twewape is mandatory for some consumers and cannot be waived in certain jurisdictions under any conditions.
[5] The purpose of the Twewape is to give them time to reflect if they truly need the Service. This helps the SPs to get rid off low-quality candidates, perform according to the sales check policy and help consumers to save money.
[6] All the RegUs may get refunds for the unused parts of their subscriptions. However, these refunds are not meaningful as the subscription fees are only small parts of the total prices or costs of the Service. Most of the costs are associated with setting up the Service for the RegUs by the SPs performing customizations and/or personalizations that are required to operate the Service for the RegUs.
[7] Some additional rights may apply within your jurisdiction for the digital versions of the Service. The SPs will inform you of any of your rights that you may hold before you make the payment.
[8] The physical versions of the Service do not have refunds at all since they do not cater to consumers and all packages are provided without subscriptions by the SPs performing physical customization and/or personalization work that have no possibility for refunds.
[9] The SPs are not able to provide refunds to Alternative Users (AltUs) who have used Alternative Payment Methods (AltPMs) due to AML policies in place in various countries or jurisdictions. Similarly, we are not able to provide refunds to Go Dark™ users who are users who ordered the Service using Go Dark™, due to AML policies in place in various countries or jurisdictions.

[11] We may update the SeRP from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting a new version of the SeRP on this page. You are advised to review the SeRP periodically for any changes or any time you use the Service.
[12] Any changes made to the SeRP are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. The SeRP was last updated on July 1, 2025.
